The monitoring software works great for smart phones. Can't get it to work with our household PC or Chromebooks.
This extension worked well for the first year that I used it. Then the issues began. Now I have to uninstall it and reinstall it literally every single day if I want it to work. I have sent emails to their support center but no one knows what the issue is. Now it is more of a hassle than a help.
