A felixsphere chrome extension
The FelixSphere Plugin has been a huge help in my work. I don't have to constantly switch between various app pages anymore. I can find answers to my app - usage problems right in Felix AI. Even if there's no answer, I can directly log a ticket in the Plugin for my colleagues. Felix Visual Guidance can also help me step - by - step to use some functions that I'm still learning in each app. I'm relying more and more on Felix for my work because it can solve a lot of my problems.
As a end user in the company, I could submit ticket whenever I want with one click and took screenshot to report my issues. I could also ask Felix AI assistant to help me with the questions I want and assign ticket to my peers. It's a powerful tool that's handy for my everyday use.
