Still works fine despite being so old and made for the old Chrome UI.

Just installed it on Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.112) + AeroGlass Build 1342 (06/17/2018) and oh my goodness it looks stunning! The blurry glass titlebar provides a gorgeous backdrop for black tabs + cyan navigation & bookmarks bar. Simply beautiful. For the record I'm using 'Vulgare X' as my Windows theme (made possible via UltraUxThemePatcher. The colors match up perfectly. 5/5 firm.
