why can not check the keyword rank now?
Since activating the lifetime Sponsored Ranking Tracker, I have repeatedly observed that the reported keyword positions and ranking data are inconsistent with real-time search results on Amazon. The tracker's metrics have shown significant discrepancies—often off by several positions or failing to update altogether. Accurate rank data is critical to my advertising strategy, and unfortunately, this service has not met my expectations or the advertised accuracy standards. I emailed them for several times requesting for a refund, NO RESPONSE YET!!!
Its a great way to check where you are indexed but sometimes gives wrong results. I was checking my book with the google extension and the data given was not correct as when i checked back in amazon my book was not on the positions given by the extension.In fact it was´nt even indexed on the kw that the extension show me . Other times it was working fine but in the last few days its not. hope they will fix the issue.
