Always display a tiny progress bar with buffer loading on YouTube's player even in the fullscreen mode

I like the options and simplicity. Found this after something changed on yt and this part of a bigger youtube ext I use stopped working. Bug report: (edited) previous bug report seems to be fixed now. If there's a better way to report bugs, can someone let me know?
