Watches a port and reloads the page if needed.
Works great. The more populat LiveReload app doesn't work anymore.
It is the only live reload extension that has worked for me!
It works great! I will note for anyone stumbling across this- it requires the npm livereload package to work. (or at least that's how I got it working).
