As the plugin works currently, you've gotta scroll through all of the transaction to get them loaded onto the history page BEFORE clicking the download button. This loads them all into the browser, which is required for this plugin to function. This is Robinhood's fault, not the developer of this plugin. If it's not working for you try just scrolling down further and you'll noticed that the CSV it downloads includes more transactions. Keep going this as long as is required to make sure you get all of them.
