I.O.I | Ideal of Idols is coming back as a 9 member group at the moment, however, they're in talks in including Yoo Yeonjung (Main Vocalist of WJSN; under Starship Entertainment) and Jeon Somi (Soloist; under The Black Label | YGe) in the line-up. Their set to return in December of this year, as ex-Pristin Main Dancer, Zhou Jieqiong | Kyulkyung and soloist Kim Chung-ha alongside Gugudan's Main Rapper, Kang Mina and Weki Meki's Main Rapper, Choi Yoojung have been making their appearances on Battle Trip on KBS, in latest episodes.
