Nothing happen... The button 'Enable All' is not displayed

Will give 5 stars if you could please add some configurations like "auto enable the disabled elements continously" so I don't have to click the button everytime. Some buttons got timers, the extension kinda does the job if click extension button then fast the timer button. Give it some automation pls.
