"Windows XP Theme" is not about colors, but by it's distinctive crisp clear "boxed" visual definition of buttons and sliders and other GUI elements. Current Windows 10/11 UI feels too soft and annoying, like "furry spoon" or "hammer with soft wobbly rubber handle, but ability to call 911, when you hit your finger" in practical use.

It's really cool, fits with my windows XP theme on win10. It wouldn't be complete without this.
