The fast, secure way to take online proctored tests with PSI.
I could not see the questions or choose option A for answers. I had to type answer A in and could not click on the option. The proctor could not help me and had me call IT after they terminated my exam. The IT person's only option was for me to reschedule. I explained I had taken the day off work to take the exam. He just then hung up and I was left to deal with questions I could not read. So I made the best of it, read and answered the questions as best as I could and had to minimize the webcam sporadically just in order to read the entire question. I was told I could not look away from the camera, had to show my hands at all time and was told I could not read the question out loud or they would terminate my exam.
