After using the app, I have observed that it still requires significant improvements and thorough testing to ensure all features function properly. Unfortunately, several key functionalities are not working as expected, making the app feel like a work in progress. Some of the specific issues I encountered include: The "Contact Us" link redirects back to the main page instead of leading to customer support. Despite sending an email to Lightforth management, I have not received any response. The auto-apply extension fails to log in, preventing me from utilising this key feature. The Start Applying section does not work, which is a major issue as it hinders the job application process. I built my resume with an ATS score of 84 and linked my accounts with Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn, but no job applications were submitted automatically, indicating the auto-apply function is not operational. Given these challenges, I kindly request a refund of my subscription fee, as I have not been able to utilize the app as intended.
