Discard all inactive tabs (except pinned) at startup or by clicking an icon
How come this is not included in Chrome by default??

Thank you! Such a helpful tool for someone like me, obsessed with opening 300 tabs simultaneously :) Making my browser more efficient. Also I like how this cute little snail always there for me on the Chrome extensions panel.
